Terms of Service

Terms for using SuperMailbox to connect email accounts to ChatGPT and other compatible AI apps.

Draft for launch review. These service disclosures still need final company, retention, infrastructure, and contact details before publication.

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of SuperMailbox, a service operated by [legal company name and address to be added before launch]. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. Contact details for notices and support will be published before launch.

2. What SuperMailbox does

SuperMailbox connects email accounts that you control to compatible AI applications through authorized tools. It can search and retrieve email and, when you request it, prepare or send email through your provider. SuperMailbox is not a mailbox provider and does not replace your existing email service.

3. Accounts and security

Keep access to your sign-in email secure. You are responsible for choosing which mailboxes to connect and which AI apps to authorize. For iCloud Mail, use an Apple app-specific password. Do not provide your primary Apple Account password. Contact SuperMailbox promptly if you believe someone accessed your account without permission.

4. Your email and instructions

You keep your rights in your email and mailbox data. You authorize SuperMailbox to access connected providers and disclose requested information to an AI app only as needed to carry out your instructions and the permissions you approve. You are responsible for checking drafts and confirming recipients and content before sending. Sending or replying creates an external side effect through your email provider.

5. Trial, price, and billing

The launch plan includes a seven-day free trial followed by a recurring charge of $4.99 per month. A payment method is required to begin a trial. Stripe processes payments. Unless you cancel before renewal, the subscription renews at the disclosed price. Taxes may apply where required.

6. Cancellation and account deletion

You may manage or cancel your subscription through the billing portal. When canceled, access may continue through the paid-through period shown in your account. Disconnecting a mailbox removes that connection; deleting an account requests removal of your account and connected credentials. Some billing, security, and legal records may need to be retained.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use SuperMailbox to access mailboxes without permission, violate law or another person’s rights, send unlawful or abusive messages, interfere with providers, or evade access controls. We may limit or suspend access to protect users, providers, or the service.

8. Third-party services

Email providers, Stripe, and AI applications operate under their own terms and policies. SuperMailbox does not control their availability or practices. A provider may revoke an app password or change its service, which can require you to reconnect.

9. Service availability and changes

We will use reasonable care to operate the service, but email providers, network routes, and AI clients can be unavailable or change without notice. Features may be updated as the service develops. We will provide required notice for material changes where applicable.

10. Warranty and liability terms

The final terms governing warranties, liability, dispute resolution, and mandatory consumer rights must be prepared and reviewed for the launch jurisdictions. [Add jurisdiction-specific terms before public launch.]

11. Governing law and contact

[Add governing law, legal entity, registered address, and support contact before launch.]
